EDUCATION

UVBOR encourages all our REALTORS ® and Affiliates to take advantage of this member benefit. We strive to offer an amazing array of courses and seminars throughout the year that will expand your knowledge.

New Hampshire real estate agents must complete 15 hours of continuing education every two-year period.

Of these hours, 3 are required to be core courses.

CODE OF ETHICS

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within three-year cycles.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

To maintain your Real Estate license, you are required to participate in defined amounts of continuing education (CE) each year or recurring time period. These requirements are set forth in state laws and are

administered by state real estate commissions.
